This Gutermann Hand Quilting Thread is a 100% natural cotton thread that is perfect for your finest quilting projects. It will easily pass through several layers of fabric and interfacings.
The thread is a 40 weight, 3-ply thread that is perfect for sewers who prefer to work with natural fibers. It's strong but has beautiful silk-like finish, with a wax layer that makes hand sewing easier. This thread should only be used for hand quilting and sewing as the wax will stick to the needle of your sewing machine.
